Pharmacy Technician credits EPCC for opening ‘many’ doors

EL PASO, TX (KTSM) – Luisa Loya feels that attending El Paso Group Higher education (EPCC) and pursuing a certification in pharmacy technological know-how was the best decision she could have created.

She started the program at the start off of COVID and uncovered success via her classmates pushing her and from the steering of her professor and mentor, Dr. Nader Rassaei.

Loya’s next methods are to go to pharmacy faculty at the College of Texas at El Paso or nursing school at Texas Tech College. This certification has given her a foundation in both of those pathways and helped her to entire most of the pre-requisites for these courses.

I have a lot of doorways opening for me and opportunities that I in no way would have experienced if it weren’t for having this to start with stage with EPCC.

We see our success in the achievement of our college students.” He continues, “Some pupils get the initiative to assist and lead some others in this course of action, and Luisa was one of individuals leaders who did not keep again from helping other learners.”

Loya’s management and skills caught the consideration of the Hospitals of Providence just before graduation even though she was carrying out her medical rotation. She is now performing as a Pharmacy Technician with the hospital.

Without having Dr. Rassaei’s compassion and persistence, I would not be where by I am right now. Dr. Rassaei has taught us resilience in a competitive and complicated area. I know now that I can do something in the globe if I established my intellect and coronary heart to it.
