Following graduating from Whitehouse Substantial University, Gamez reported he will show up at Tyler Junior College and go via the surgical technology plan.

Gamez said in middle college, he commenced shedding desire in the clinical field, but a personal knowledge drew him back again in.

“My mother acquired sick, and she experienced to go into the medical center, and I just saw how every person was operating with each other, and I definitely beloved that,” Gamez reported. “Then I had an infection in my appendix, and I had to be rushed to the ER. Right after that, I gained all of my fascination back.

Gamez said he enjoys fishing with his cousins and his siblings.

“I like fishing so much,” he stated. “I constantly get my siblings out. They do not truly like it, but they just appreciate paying out time alongside one another. Musically, Gamez started participating in the trumpet in the sixth quality, and he performed for the Whitehouse Large School band.

“Since I’m Hispanic, I believed participating in the trumpet would be great since of mariachi bands,” Gamez explained. “I was like I will do this and learn some tunes. I in no way did that, even though. Mariachis plays a decreased tone of trumpet, and I was always on the substantial scale.”

Gamez said he now performs the accordion, also.

“I can listen to a song on the accordion, and I can actually play it like that,” Gamez claimed.

Gamez, who has gone to Whitehouse by way of all of his school yrs beginning at Higgins Elementary, will graduate on Friday with the rest of the Course of 2022.
