A Blaine County chase ended with a rollover while a child was in the car.On Monday, the chase started in Watonga where deputies said the driver wouldn’t pull over. The driver ended up clocking speeds over 120 miles per hour.”The car passed me going about 120 mph,” said Danny Aytes, undersheriff of Blaine County Sheriff’s Office.Refusing to stop, a driver in Blaine County sent authorities on a dangerous high-speed chase with a 5-year-old boy in the back seat.”A female passenger called 911 and stated that she had a child,” Aytes said.The driver blew through a busy construction site. Authorities said the driver hit loose gravel and lost control.The driver narrowly missed a man in his front yard.”I was cutting my trees and I just froze. I don’t know if I just got lucky,” said Carlos, who watched the accident happen from his front yard.The car rolled multiple times before coming to a stop.”Went and checked on the child. Thank god he was in a seat belt, and he was OK,” Aytes said.Deputies said there were no serious injuries. The driver was arrested and authorities said there are possible warrants out of Ellis county for that person.”It’s not worth it. Pull over,” Aytes said.
